After obtaining several quotes we decided to engage the services of Residential Gates for the manufacture and installation of two gates, one automated and one pedestrian gate. Scott and Donna were amazing to work with. We had a landscaper build a front limestone wall with pillars ready for some insert panels, pedestrian gate, and large sliding gate across the driveway. I had done a little research on what it might cost for the panels and gates, and decided to go down the road to Residential Gates to see what they could offer. Their showroom is perfect to get a feel for the available options and their quote was pretty much exactly in the range of what I expected. The service from Donna and Scott at residential gates is second to none! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our electric sliding gate and infill panels for our front renovations. The materials used are very good quality and Scott explains every detail very thoroughly during the measure up and quote. During the quoting stages I initially contacted 4 suppliers and residential gates are the only ones that wanted to set the rail into a concrete footing for the sliding gate which is what sold it for me. Be very careful with the cheap options out there that others supply because you get what you pay for. All and all I couldn't be happier.
